Natus Vincere announced the departure of Dawid “Filu” Czarnecki on Wednesday, June 24, ending the 21-year-old’s short stint with the European VALORANT team.

Filu joined Natus Vincere in December 2025 as part of NAVI’s new roster for the 2026 VALORANT season.

Despite ambitious roster changes ahead of the new season, Natus Vincere struggled to find much success and made further adjustments to their lineup after a disappointing seventh-eighth-place finish at VCT EMEA Kickoff.

Even with the arrival of Caide “chloric” Heaton and Abdullah “ExiT” Al-Twaijri in April, success was hard to come by.

Natus Vincere exited VCT EMEA Stage 1 in ninth-10th place, missing out on Masters London and leaving themselves with plenty of work to do in the second half of the season.

Despite the lacklustre results in Stage 1, Filu carried his weight, ending the stage with a 1.00 performance rating.

He mainly played Phoenix, Chamber, and Raze, with the latter his best agent at a 1.16 average rating.

Filu is the fourth player to leave NAVI’s roster this season, following the benching of Andrei “Shao” Kiprskii and the departures of Volkan “sociablEE” Yönal and Berkcan “ComeBack” Şentürk, who enjoyed a short stint as a stand-in in late April.

Natus Vincere have yet to comment on who will take over the vacant spot. However, they have just under three weeks to find a replacement ahead of VCT EMEA Stage 2.

Natus Vincere will return to action with a new-look roster on July 15, with the first round of VCT EMEA Stage 2, where they will be chasing a spot in VALORANT Champions.

Currently with just two VCT points, Natus Vincere are five points below the cutoff line for an invite to the season-ending event.

Alternatively, NAVI can chase a top-two finish in VCT Stage 2 and secure their second VALORANT Champions appearance, and their first since 2023.
