ZETA DIVISION had earlier announced the signing of four new female players to its Valorant roster. The Japanese team has now completed its Game Changers roster and will be looking forward to competing in the near future.

Following a month-long trial period, the team has finally found the quality of players it set out to attain. ZETA DIVISION had opened a search for a female team on June 15, which led to the acquisition of aco, Sarina “Moco” Kawashima, Airi “romia” Sugiyama, and flappy. The new recruits will join suzu, who was acquired from Shikou Kouketsu on June 22, 2022, to make their first debut in the Valorant Champions Tour 2022: Game Changers Japan, which is scheduled to commence on August 7 and end the next day.

The organization’s press release read:

“ZETA DIVISION is pleased to announce that four new members, aco, Moco, romia, and flappy, will join the VALORANT GC division.

The team was established to create a diverse competition scene where everyone can play an equally active role by utilizing the experience and knowledge of the VALORANT division, which has fought in the world so far.

Together with suzu, these four people will participate in ” 2022 VALORANT Champions Tour Game Changers Japan” to create a more diverse community. Thank you for your warm support for aco, Moco, romia, and flappy, who are new members of ZETA DIVISION.”

The tournament will commence with an open qualifier, which will see the top four teams earn a share of the $7,236 USD prize pool. The top two franchises will be invited to compete in the Game Changers East Asia circuit. According to the team’s press release, Game Changers will be the first female national Valorant tournament in Japan.

One East Asian team will advance to the Valorant Champions Tour 2022: Game Changers Championship, scheduled to take place later this year. The tournament, which will be held in Berlin, will begin on November 11 and come to an end on November 15.

Teams from all over the world will come together to compete to become the world’s best Game Changers team and champions of the world. Two North American teams will secure slots for the tournament, as will teams from Brazil, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.
