We take a look at the week ahead in esports and the highlight events for November 4-10, with Dota 2 taking the spotlight.

Another big week of esports kicks off on November 4, 2024, with Dota tournaments taking centre stage.

DreamHack DreamLeague Season 24 will conclude this week, with Group Stage 2 ending on Wednesday before the playoffs kick off on Saturday.

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship group stage will also continue this week, with Group Red’s set of matches set to feature.

Meanwhile, the BLAST Rainbow Six Major Montreal will begin on Thursday, November 7.

Dota 2: DreamHack DreamLeague Season 24

Season 24 of the Dota 2 DreamHack DreamLeague is in full swing, and the final three days of Group Stage 2 will provide the six teams that will qualify for the playoffs.

Team Spirit and PARIVISION are undefeated through three of their seven matches and have themselves in the box seat to advance to the playoffs on Saturday, November 9.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship

Following the opening week of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, five of the 49 teams have already been eliminated from Group Yellow.

Group Red will play their opening set of matches from November 7-10, before Group Green begins their campaign on November 14 and plays through November 17.

With a massive US$3 million prize pool up for grabs, competition is expected to be fierce and exciting throughout the League Stage and into the Grand Finals.

BLAST R6 Major Montreal 2024

The final Rainbow Six Major of the 2024 season will be held in Montreal, Canada, from November 7-17, where the top 20 R6 teams will take their place in the US$750,000 event.

The opening two days of the tournament will feature the Phase 1 teams before moving into the Phase 2 stage, where 16 squads will battle it out for eight playoff spots.

Esports betting sites have Team BDS marked as the $4.50 favourite to take out the BLAST R6 Major Montreal title, followed by FaZe Clan and DarkZero Esports, who are locked together on the second line of betting at $7.00.
