London Royal Ravens have been doing great early into the season, getting second place in both Major qualifiers and claiming bronze at Major 1. But things turned sour in the second Call of Duty League Major, where they could only manage seventh-eighth place.
Due to their shaky showings, the Royal Ravens have lost some respect in the league, which explains why they are priced as underdogs for this bout. But even though Trei “Zer0” Morris and co. haven’t been too impressive of late, this is still the same squad that claimed some big scalps earlier this season.
Los Angeles Thieves are an incredibly talented team, but they haven’t been able to get further than top six at any event since their successful qualifying run for the first Major. Something has to change, but it’s hard to say what the Thieves need to do to bring themselves back to life.
With both teams trending downwards, this could be a close and scrappy affair. But based on what we have seen from Los Angeles Thieves and London Royal Ravens this season, anything but a bet on the Royal Ravens doesn’t feel right.
London Royal Ravens to win
MINNESOTA RØKKR vs OPTIC TEXAS CDL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS |

Minnesota RØKKR field a competitive roster, but they have had a bad season. Their best placement of the year was fifth-eighth at the Kickoff event, and they have failed to show much more since.
But we can’t help but feel optimistic about the team following the recent roster changes, which see Michael “MajorManiak” Szymaniak move to the bench to make room for a highly talented SMG player in Colt “Havok” McLendon. The change also sees Preston “Priestahh” Greiner change to AR, a position that should suit him better.
OpTic Texas are the favourites for a reason, but they’re vulnerable without Indervir “iLLeY” Dhaliwal (thumb injury). On paper, OpTic still look stronger, but they’re definitely not strong enough to justify their price. At +297, the RØKKR offer great value for our money.
