Stake Pulse Beat II starts on September 21 with Astralis vs Sangal Esports and Sashi Esports vs FOKUS in Group A.

Stake Pulse Beat II kicks off on Monday, September 21, when Astralis face off against Sangal Esports, followed by a clash between Sashi Esports and FOKUS in the first round of Group A.
Esportbet brings you free Counter-Strike 2 betting predictions and picks for the two games, along with odds from the best bookmakers for CS2 betting.
Following two highly disappointing tournament performances at the Esports World Cup and FISSURE Playground #3, Astralis will hope to find more success at Stake Pulse Beat II.
In Sweden, they will face weaker teams than what Astralis have become used to playing against, as they enter the tournament as the highest-rated squad.
However, while Astralis are, on paper, the best team travelling to Stockholm, their past results, namely the losses against BetBoom Team and 5star eSports, do not inspire much confidence.
So the main question is whether Astralis will manage to avoid another slip-up on Monday.
Standing on the other side of the arena are Sangal Esports, ranked No.375 in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS), making them the lowest-rated team of the event.
Since their major roster overhaul in June, Sangal have attended five qualifying events and have produced a mixed bag of results.
They are in good form, having won eight of the last 10 games, albeit only against lower-rated teams.
Astralis should be winning games like this with their eyes closed, but it is fair to question whether they have put in the work to prepare for this event.
Moreover, Astralis have proven they can drop maps to anyone before.
Priced at -1666.67 on the best CS2 bookmakers, Astralis are overrated.

Sashi Esports and FOKUS last met on September 13, in the CCT EU Series #8 quarterfinals, when Sashi won with a reverse sweep.
FOKUS took the series lead with 13-11 on Dust2, but lost Nuke and Ancient with 7-13 and 8-13, respectively.
Casper “Cabbi” Jensen and Mikkel “MistR” Thomsen both stepped up on the day, posting a 1.20 and 1.15 performance rating, respectively.
For Cabbi, it was one of his best performances in recent months, and possibly a sign of more good things to come.
However, while Sashi won against FOKUS just a week ago, they have since not shown anything inspiring.
Over the last week, Sashi have lost against Color, ex-RUSTEC, and BC.Game Esports, and struggled against 9INE and Four Magic.
While this is still a clash between two tier-two teams, meaning it can go either way, Sashi Esports’ more recent showings are worrying and make it hard to take their side, even at plus money.
FOKUS to win
