Team Liquid are -333.33 favourites on the best VALORANT bookmakers to defeat GIANTX, which, considering the teams’ form, sounds fair.

Team Liquid started the stage with a rough 0-2 loss against Eternal Fire, but have since beaten Team Heretics and Fnatic, effectively taking down two of Group Omega’s top squads.

The clash against Heretics got dicey on Breeze, but Liquid looked much better in their 2-0 sweep of Fnatic.

GIANTX have not been nearly as successful this stage, with defeats against Fnatic and Karmine Corp, and one victory against the limping Eternal Fire.

The latter was a dominant win, with 13-5 on Split and 13-7 on Ascent, but considering how EF have been playing, it is hardly worth praising.

A win here will secure Liquid a spot in the playoffs and favourable seeding. Barring any major surprises, they should come out ahead with plenty to spare.

Gentle Mates and Team Vitality are both 2-1 with a 4-3 map record ahead of their first game of the third week.

Vitality have so far beaten Natus Vincere and PCIFIC Esports, but lost against BBL Esports. Gentle Mates have beaten the same two teams and lost against FUT Esports.

Despite holding the same record, Gentle Mates are +150 underdogs for this clash. That is mainly due to Vitality’s impressive accomplishments this season, which include a silver medal from Stage 1 and a fourth-place finish at VALORANT Masters London.

Despite Vitality’s strong showings this season, Gentle Mates are not to be underestimated, as they have yet to show any major weaknesses.

As a team, Gentle Mates are very good on attack, and with Martin “marteen” Pátek in great shape, M8 have a realistic chance to cause an upset.
