KOI have revealed the starting lineup of their League of Legends roster ahead of the 2023 League of Legends European Championship season.
The team, which finished 4th in the spring and summer of the 2022 Superliga league last year, is looking to make a strong push for the LEC championship title in the upcoming year.

The Spanish esports franchise will be making their way to the LEC league in 2023 following their merger with Rogue earlier this year.
The core of Rogue’s 2022 League of Legends roster will also be joining KOI for the upcoming season. The full roster of starting players for KOI was revealed and they will begin competing in the LEC next month.
KOI will retain four out of the five starters from the Rogue team who played for them this season, and will part ways with only the top laner, Andrei “Odoamne” Pascu.
The remaining starting lineup, will consist of jungler Kim “Malrang” Geun-seong, mid laner Emil “Larssen” Larsson, AD carry Markos “Comp” Stamkopoulos and support Adrian “Trymbi” Trybus, who will stay with the organization as it transitions to new ownership in 2023.
Rounding up the roster is former Vitality player, Mathias “Szygenda” Jensen, who had only played in the LFL in 2022, and will be taking over Odoamne’s spot in the top lane.
Odoamne, who was an All-Pro in the LEC in all four of his splits with Rogue, will be joining Excel Esports for the next season.
During the latter half of the previous season, Rogue emerged as the most successful team in the European League, both domestically and internationally.
Their impressive performance, which included winning the LEC summer split and becoming the highest-ranking Western team at the World Championship, is a testament to the strength of the team’s roster. With the majority of this roster remaining intact, it is likely that the KOI brand will continue to thrive in the world of League esports.
After announcing their roster, the organization went on to make a tribute post to Rogue and the franchise’s fans. They thanked the fans and shared their excitement about what the future holds.

The lineup for KOI’s LEC in 2023 was announced by co-owner and streamer Ibai Llanos at a preseason event. After their introductions, KOI played against rival team Fnatic in a friendly show match.
On Saturday, Jan. 21, the 2023 LEC season will kick off with the Winter Split. In the first game of the regular season, KOI will face Team BDS. With such a strong lineup, KOI is looking to make a deep run in the 2023 LEC season and possibly bring home the championship title.
