KRAFTON, the game developer behind PUBG, has announced that the PUBG Nations Cup will be held in Seoul, South Korea, in September.

The PUBG Nations Cup will take place from September 15-17 at the Sangam Colosseum, with a prize pool of US$300,000 plus additional crowdfunding contributions from PNC 2023 Skin sales.

In the PUBG Nations Cup, players represent their national teams instead of themselves or any organisation.

Much like many of the all-star competitions in other esports, it will feature players that have been voted for by eligible pro players.

There will be 16 teams contesting for the title: United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Japan, India, Germany, Denmark, China, Canada, Brazil, Australia, and Argentina.

After a two-year hiatus, the PUBG Nations Cup returned in 2022 with the UK winning the event in Bangkok, Thailand.
