Bleed eSports won their tournament opener against BOOM Esports (2-0) with 13-11 on Fracture and 13-9 on Icebox. It wasn’t the cleanest performance, but Bleed were the better team on the day, proving they are serious candidates to win the whole thing.

Revenant Esports were far less successful on Wednesday when they lost against Velocity Gaming (0-2) with 8-13 on Icebox and 8-13 on Ascent. Revenant struggled on both ends, but we might have to give them some slack, knowing that Revenant have historically struggled against Velocity, who beat them thrice over the last month.

With such a bad defeat behind them, Revenant Esports are rightly viewed as the underdogs for their clash with Bleed eSports, who have shown a lot more over the last few weeks. Moreover, Bleed already won this match 13-6 in November, so there is very little to suggest this match will play out any differently. Expect another clean win for Bleed eSports.

BOOM ESPORTS vs VELOCITY GAMING VALORANT BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: BOOM -227.27 at BetOnline | Velocity +162 at BetOnline

BOOM Esports slipped on Tuesday when they lost against Bleed eSports (0-2), but they can make up the lost points with a strong performance on Thursday when BOOM clash with Revenant Esports and Friday when BOOM will likely play a decisive match against Velocity Gaming.

Unlike BOOM, Velocity Gaming kicked off Penta Pro Series with a win against Revenant Esports (2-0), but we wouldn’t overreact to that victory. That’s mainly because Velocity usually do well against Revenant, who are not a very strong team to begin with.

On paper, BOOM Esports look like clear favourites for this affair, but we have a hard time explaining the offered Valorant betting odds. BOOM might field better players, but -227.27 seems a bit short for a squad that recently lost against a team equally as strong as Velocity.

Velocity Gaming seem a bit underrated at +162. They showed no weaknesses on Wednesday, and if Velocity perform well against Bleed eSports on Thursday, their odds will surely drop, so we’re getting on them early.
