LNG Esports are $1.57 favorites to defeat EDward Gaming in their first match of LPL 2026 Split 2 and rightly so. LNG were the strongest team of Group Nirvana in Split 1 and looked more than ready to challenge the league’s top dogs in the playoffs.

However, they slipped in the Knights Rivals and were forced into an early offseason, giving LNG time to prepare for the second split. EDward Gaming were just as unsuccessful in their attempts to reach the playoffs and even though they competed in a tougher group, they’ve not shown much.

EDward Gaming are a mediocre team who have a very low ceiling.

Even as outsiders, they are not an appealing pick, especially not against LNG who, while volatile at times, have the needed talent to make a deep run this split.

Early-split games tend to be a bit more unpredictable; however, considering how stacked LNG are, they are worth a bet to sweep at these prices.

JD GAMING vs ANYONE’S LEGEND

JD Gaming and Anyone’s Legend are set to clash for the third time this season and the first since LPL Split 1 playoffs, when JD Gaming edged out a win. According to the best LoL bookmakers, Anyone’s Legend should get their revenge on Friday.

However, considering their recent loss to Top Esports, it is hard to make a good case for them.

On the other side, JD Gaming have played only one game this split and lost 1-2 against Bilibil Gaming.

Still, they played well and have done a fine job holding their own against the league’s top dogs.

Stylistically, this is a good match for JD Gaming, who prefer scaling and while they’ve yet to have a chance to show much this split, Tsai “hongQ” Ming-hong and his crew should not be underdogs against the shaky AL.
