Natus Vincere have established themselves as a competitive mid-table team this split, going 3-4, with wins against teams below them and some less inspiring performances against LEC’s top dogs.

Recently, Natus Vincere lost to Movistar KOI and Team Vitality but handled SK Gaming and Team Heretics with ease.

Fnatic have been largely disappointing this split, going 0-3 across the first three weeks of play.

However, the Black & Orange have found more success of late, beating SK Gaming, G2 Esports, and Shifters, all in 2-0 sweeps.

Beating SK and Shifters is hardly something to write home about, and Fnatic’s win over their arch-rivals is widely considered a fluke. But they appear to be gaining momentum.

Fnatic are hard to pin down, as they played great games against Movistar KOI and G2 Esports, but also got smoked by Karmine Corp and Heretics.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason, making Fnatic very inconsistent and volatile.

However, with momentum on their side and having shown a high ceiling, Fnatic are an appealing bet at these numbers.

GIANTX have not been great this split, which explains why the top-rated LoL bookmakers have them listed as +450 underdogs for their clash with G2 Esports.

Over that stretch, they have suffered some bad losses, most notably the 0-2 stomping from Karmine Corp at the end of Week 4.

Results like that do not inspire much confidence that GIANTX will fare any better against G2 Esports.

G2 are fresh off a crushing loss against Fnatic, but have otherwise been solid this split.

The issue with G2 now is that they are already guaranteed a spot in the playoffs, having locked in a top-four finish.

This, historically, leads to G2 experimenting with drafts and playing with their food, which could mean a scrappier affair.

GIANTX have been a gatekeeper team this split, and while they have looked worse than initially expected, they have had their moments.

From a betting perspective, GIANTX to take a map at +120 is worth a look. G2, while stronger, have nothing left to fight for.
