1w Team had an amazing run through the group stage, picking up a couple of big slaps along the way. They started the tournament with a 0-2 loss against Team Vitality, but have since beaten G2 Esports, Legacy, and the current no.1 team in the world, Team Spirit.
Aurora Gaming also managed a 3-1 record, albeit they have had a softer schedule, beating 9z Team, BetBoom Team, and FURIA, while losing to Team Falcons. But even though Aurora Gaming did not have to beat as many big teams as 1w, it is hard to hold that against them, as Aurora could only defeat what was in front of them.
1w Team’s form is hard to ignore, but Aurora Gaming have way more experience playing on LAN, and that could be the difference maker on Friday.
Aurora Gaming to win
PARIVISION qualified for the ESL Pro League Season 24 playoffs by beating Natus Vincere in the fifth round of the Swiss Stage, narrowly missing elimination from the tournament.
It was an important victory for PARIVISION, who seem to be doing well with Abay “HObbit” Khassenov on the active roster. However, they will have their work cut out for them on Friday, when PARIVISION face the high-flying Team Vitality.
Vitality cruised through the Swiss Stage, beating 1w Team, Natus Vincere, and Team Falcons without major issues. While they do not appear as potent as they were in 2025 or early 2026, Vitality have been in good shape over the last month and have yet to show any signs of slowing down.
Priced at -500 on the top-rated CS2 bookmakers, Team Vitality are expected to dominate PARIVISION. And considering how poorly PARIVISION typically do against tier-1 teams, it is hard to imagine an upset.

FURIA did not look great during the group stage, and they needed all five rounds to make it to the playoffs. After a 2-2 start, having beaten BetBoom Team and PARIVISION and lost to Aurora Gaming and MOUZ, FURIA stepped up and swept 9z Team 2-0, allowing for just 10 rounds across the two maps.
While FURIA had to scrape by in the Swiss Stage, MOUZ strolled through with wins against M80, Team Spirit, and FURIA. The latter game was not very competitive, as MOUZ won 13-4 on Cache and 13-7 on Mirage.
However, while it wasn’t FURIA’s most flattering performance, they are capable of much more and can punch up. MOUZ are also not known to be very consistent, so while their 3-0 run through the group stage looks impressive, MOUZ can easily turn into a pumpkin in the playoffs – as they have done numerous times this season.
Regardless of how the last clash between these two teams played out, there is a very good chance the rematch turns into a highly competitive affair.

Team Spirit nearly faced early elimination from ESL Pro League, needing five games in the Swiss Stage to reach the final eight. They have lost against MOUZ and 1w Team, and defeated ShindeN, PARIVISION, and M80 in the decider.
As the world no.1 team Spirit’s 3-2 run in the Swiss Stage does not inspire much confidence. However, at the same time, Team Falcons have not looked amazing either, beating TYLOO, Aurora Gaming, and the struggling Natus Vincere, but they could not match Team Vitality and lost the series 1-2.
Team Falcons had managed a 3-1 record in the Swiss Stage, albeit they’ve only beaten TYLOO, Aurora Gaming, and the limping Natus Vincere. Moreover, Falcons have been very ineffective when faced with higher-rated teams of late, and they have a poor record against Spirit, losing the most recent clash in September 0-2.
Spirit’s form does not appear to be great, but they tend to step it up in the playoffs, making them a solid pick at these numbers.
Team Spirit to win
