1win Team released Timofey “interz” Yakushin and benched Abay “HObbit” Khassenov on February 18, 2026 after a slow start.

On Wednesday, February 18, 1win Team unveiled major changes for their Counter-Strike 2 roster, releasing Timofey “interz” Yakushin and benching Abay “HObbit” Khassenov.
The abrupt departure of two of the team’s most experienced players comes after a disappointing start to the year for the CIS lineup.
Although 1win’s dry streak extends deeper into 2025.
Since the turn of the year, 1win have attended five events, and not once have they lifted a trophy. Their best placement came in late January, when the 1win Team made the semifinals of CCT Season 3 European Series #13.
Over the next two weeks, 1win exited the European Pro League Series 4 in fifth-eighth, CCT Season 3 European Series #14 in ninth-16th, and they lost the grand final of GLuck StarPearl Season 1.
The latter was the most disappointing result yet, as HObbit and his crew had to admit defeat to Nuclear TigeRES – who recently reached their peak ranking, no.45 in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) and 42nd in the global rankings.
In a bid to find more success with a small rebuild 1win released interz and benched HObbit.
Interz had joined 1win Team in August 2025 after spending seven months away from pro play. Before that, he enjoyed a short stint with Cloud9, where he played alongside HObbit.
Neither player produced outstanding performances during their time at 1win. Although unlike interz (0.97), HObbit has averaged a positive rating (1.14) since joining the team in July 2024.
With former C9 teammates out of 1win Team, the Russian squad are two players short of completing their lineup. But with no confirmed tournaments lined up, 1win have plenty of time to find replacements and finalize their roster.
