Bilibili Gaming have re-signed Knight and ON while parting with Elk for 2026. After a mixed 2025 and a Worlds miss, BLG now hunt a new ADC before Split 1.

Bilibili Gaming announced on Saturday, November 29, that mid laner Zhuo “knight” Ding and support Luo “ON” Wenjun have extended their contract, while ADC Zhao “Elk” Jiahao will not stay on the roster in 2026.
The League of Legends offseason is in full swing, and while many teams opted to sign fresh faces ahead of the 2026 season, Bilibili Gaming have decided to keep two of their star players, cutting ties with just one.
The LoL Pro League (LPL) giants confirmed a contract extension of their mid laner and support, and the departure of ADC Elk, ending his three-year-long stint with the team.
The changes follow a relatively solid season. While Bilibili Gaming failed to win a single international trophy, with a fourth-place finish at the Mid-Season Invitational, fifth-eighth at the Esports World Cup, and ninth-11th at the LoL World Championship, they left a positive mark in the Chinese league.
After a promising start to the year, finishing LPL Split 1 in fourth, Bilibili Gaming secured a silver medal from Split 2 and won their third domestic title in Split 3, securing the first seed for LoL Worlds.
In the season-ending event, Bilibili Gaming fell apart and failed to advance past the Swiss Stage, losing to 100 Thieves, G2 Esports, and Top Esports, and thus missing the playoffs for the first time in history.
Despite the painful ending to the year, BLG will continue with knight in the mid lane and ON as their primary support – the role he has held since joining the team in 2023.
Elk is the first player to leave Bilibili Gaming and the first since jungler Yan “Wei” Yangwei, who left for Invictus Gaming in July. This ends the long era of the ON-Elk duo, who have been widely considered as one of the world’s best bottom lane duos.
However, the changes are viewed as necessary, as the 24-year-old has struggled with consistency. While he has won the LPL Split 2 finals MVP, Elk was often overshadowed by other elite ADCs, which was especially noticeable at LoL Worlds.
With Elk out of Bilibili Gaming and knight and ON extending their contracts, Bilibili Gaming are one player short of completing their lineup, with top laner Chen “Bin” Zebin, and two junglers – Yang “Beichuan” Ling and Zhao “Shadow” Zhiqiang – expected to remain with the team.
Bilibili Gaming have just over four weeks to find the final missing piece before the LPL enters the 2026 season on January 1.
