Xipto GC started their VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 campaign in the upper bracket quarterfinals, where they had to admit defeat to Karmine Corp. It was an expected result given KC’s status as one of the tournament favorites. But Xipto did not show much resistance on the day.
Ninetails were just as unsuccessful in their first game of the event. They fell against Nova Esports GC in a fairly one-sided loss. Nova won with 13-9 on Haven and 13-6 on Bind.
Xipto and Ninetails know each other very well. Both hailing from the Pacific region, the two teams met twice in October during VCT 2025 Game Changers Pacific, and both games ended in Xipto’s favor. Still, Ninetails nearly won a map in the first clash, and they were not far from forcing a five-map decider in their last meeting with Xipto.
The best VALORANT betting sites have the right team favored. But Ninetails did well against Xipto last time out, and given the map pool changes, a closer affair on Sunday is likely.

KRU Blaze lost to one of the tournament favorites, Team Liquid Brazil, on Friday, combining just 11 rounds over the series.
GIANTX GC, on the other side, got reverse-swept by MIBR GC in their opening match.
Neither of these two teams are expected to compete for the world championship title. However, GIANTX hail from a stronger region, which could explain why they are favored to win on the esports betting markets.
The region’s quality is something to consider; however, EMEA teams have had much less time to prepare for the tournament, which was noticeable in GIANTX’s opening match. Moreover, GIANTX were not that great in EMEA Stage 3, with just one notable upset victory against Karmine Corp GC.
This looks like a 50/50 match at best. At plus money, KRU Blaze are worth a shot.
