ENVY book ticket into VALORANT Champions Tour

North American organization ENVY have become the final team to qualify for the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) after defeating TSM 3-1 in the Ascension Americas grand final.

Their qualification completes the list of newly promoted Ascension teams across the global VCT ecosystem, joining ULF Esports and BBL PCFIC from VCT EMEA, SLT Seongnam and Nongshim RedForce from VCT Pacific, and Dragon Ranger Gaming from VCT China.

A veteran name in esports, ENVY originally competed in VALORANT from 2020 to 2022 before being revived earlier this year by Mike “Hastr0” Rufail.

The team’s current roster was assembled by former 100 Thieves player Hunter “inspire” Schliner, who initially brought together a group of ranked players and streamers under the banner of RANKERS. The lineup earned its way into VALORANT Challengers before being acquired by ENVY ahead of the 2025 season.

After a challenging Stage 1, ENVY rebounded strongly — winning Stage 2 and finishing second in Stage 3 — to secure their promotion to the top-tier VCT competition.

EMEA Game Changers Stage 3 is also reaching the finishing stages. G2 Gozen are set to clash with Twisted Minds Orchid on Sunday, with betting sites pricing the former as heavy favorites.
