The second day of VCT 2026 Pacific Stage 1 will feature a rematch of the Masters Santiago grand final, as Nongshim RedForce clash with Paper Rex. The last meeting ended in a convincing 3-0 sweep for RedForce, who are -151.52 favorites on the best esports bookmakers to win on Saturday. However, Paper Rex are not to be ignored.

The last meeting between the two teams was disappointing, mainly because Paper Rex did not show up. They played one of their worst games of the season, and the result was more PR beating themselves rather than RedForce winning.

Paper Rex’s core have proven before that they’re capable of much more and if we give them the benefit of the doubt that PR will improve for Stage 1, this looks closer to a coin-flip than anything else.

Considering fatigue will play a factor, and that Paper Rex are hungry to prove themselves, siding with the outsiders at plus money makes a lot more sense.

FULL SENSE vs DETONATION FOCUSME

FULL SENSE made significant roster changes just one day before the Pacific Stage 1 kickoff. They moved coach Thanamethk “Crws” Mahatthananuyut into the active roster, benched Anupong “thyy” Preamsak and added Chinnakrit “seph1roth” Phoojaroen as a substitute.

DetonatioN FocusMe have not made any changes to their lineup, so unlike FULL SENSE, they have continuity heading into Stage 1.

FULL SENSE and DetonatioN FocusMe met in the Kickoff mid bracket quarterfinal, when DFM won with a reverse-sweep. It was a competitive game which could’ve ended either way.

FULL SENSE have shown more promise in Stage 1, but with the roster swaps, they are not an appealing pick at -227.27 so early into the stage. DetonatioN FocusMe should be priced closer to even money and are a solid bet at these prices.
