ESB’s free League of Legends betting predictions for Saturday focus on a pair of LoL Pro League (LPL) 2023 Spring bouts. Here are our selections for Royal Never Give Up vs ThuderTalk Gaming and JD Gaming vs Top Esports, with esports betting odds from the best bookmakers for gamblers in United States.

ROYAL NEVER GIVE UP vs THUNDERTALK GAMING LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: RNG -188.68 at BetOnline | TT +137 at BetOnline
When: February 25, 2023 | 15:00 CST
Watch Live: Lolesports, Twitch

Following a 1-4 start to the season, Royal Never Give Up got back on their feet with a three-game winning streak against Team WE (2-1), FunPlus Phoenix (2-0), and LGD Gaming (2-0), earning them 10th place in the league standings. But while a three-game winning streak is nothing to sneeze at, RNG have only beaten teams ranked 12th or lower.

Over the same stretch of three games, ThunderTalk Gaming beat Weibo Gaming (2-0) and Ninjas in Pyjamas (2-0) but also lost against Oh My God (0-2) last Friday. But despite their defeat against OMG, Thudertalk Gaming have looked good this split, so it’s fair to question the offered LoL betting odds.

If we don’t use the better form argument, there isn’t much to separate ThunderTalk and RNG, and we would even argue that ThunderTalk have a much better win condition via their bottom lane. Moreover, this is a match between two mid-table teams prone to making mistakes, so we’ll gladly take TT Gaming at plus money.

JD GAMING vs TOP ESPORTS LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: JDG -151.52 at BetOnline | TES +110 at BetOnline
When: February 25, 2023 | 19:00 CST
Watch Live: Lolesports, Twitch

JD Gaming and Top Esports are two of China’s strongest LoL teams, sitting inside the top three in the league standings. Top Esports are 6-1 with a five-game winning streak, whereas JD Gaming are 6-2, having won their last two outings.

JD Gaming’s only two defeats this split came against Edward Gaming (0-2) and Weibo Gaming (1-2), who defeated Top Esports at the end of Week 2. Besides being beaten by the same team, JDG and TES have managed the same map win rate (72%) with 13-5, suggesting this could be a close affair.

We don’t know what version of Top Esports we’ll get on Saturday, but even with that in mind, this looks like a coin-flip fixture, so we recommend Top Esports at +110 with BetOnline.
