BOOM ESPORTS vs EXECRATION DOTA 2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Dota 2 Betting Odds: BOOM -312.5 at BetOnline | Execration +216 at BetOnline

This will mark BOOM Esports’ fifth head-to-head meeting with Execration since June 2020 and their first since October, when the Indonesian squad won 2-0. For this match, BOOM will be without their carry Andrew “Drew” Halim and will instead field Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon, who has been announced as a stand-in for the remainder of the DPC 2021 S1 Upper Division matches.

Although bringing in 23savage will likely harm BOOM’s synergy a bit, we are not too concerned about their overall quality. BOOM definitely won’t be any weaker with the ex-ViCi Gaming player, and we would go even so far as to say they might be even stronger with him on the team.

Even though this is an online match, BOOM are still a much stronger team than Execration, who will struggle to win a single map, let alone the series. Take BOOM to win with a clean sweep.

T1 vs VICE ESPORTS DOTA 2 BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Dota 2 Betting Odds: Vice +352 at BetOnline | T1 -588.24 at BetOnline
When: February 17, 2021 at 20:00 SGT

Vice Esports’ only win of the tournament came just under two weeks ago when they bested Execration (2-1). They now hold a 1-4 record, which more or less guarantees them elimination from the division, but that does not necessarily mean they don’t stand a chance against T1.

Vice’s only prior meeting with T1 happened in December 2020, when they forced a 1-1 stalemate. T1 have since added Carlo “Kuku” Palad and Matthew “Whitemon” Filemon to their roster in a bid to introduce some stability, but as it stands now, they have yet to show any.

T1 enter this match off a 2-0 sweep of Execration. While that result might look good on paper, it’s important to note that T1 gave up 50 kills across the series. If they don’t improve, that could be a problem against Vice, who have the tools to exploit T1’s recklessness. For that reason, we are taking a shot with the underdogs to win at least one map.
