League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2023 Summer Week 5 serves up three exciting matches on Wednesday, featuring mid-table teams looking to secure easy points. Here are our free LoL betting picks for Ultra Prime vs EDward Gaming and Royal Never Give Up vs Anyone’s Legend.

ULTRA PRIME vs EDWARD GAMING LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: UP +450 at BetOnline | EDG -833.33 at BetOnline
When: June 28, 2023 | 15:00 CST

Ultra Prime are 4-5 this split, and while they’ve looked better than most bottom-half teams in the LPL, they’ve not produced much when faced with a good team. That was noticeable last week when UP lost against Royal Never Give Up and LNG Esports.

EDward Gaming are good but not great, and their recent showings don’t inspire much confidence. They’re not the same team that starred in LPL 2023 Spring, and while there’s a solid chance EDG bounce back, for the time being they should be treated as a mid-table team.

Still, EDward Gaming are -833.33 favourites with the best LoL betting sites, which mostly has to do with the brand value. Even though EDG are stronger than Ultra Prime, +125 on the outsiders to sneak a map is way too generous to pass on.

ROYAL NEVER GIVE UP vs ANYONE’S LEGEND LoL BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: RNG -625 at BetOnline | AL +350 at BetOnline
When: June 28, 2023 | 17:00 CST
Watch Live: Lolesports, Twitch

League of Legends betting markets are finally starting to realise that losing ADC Chen “GALA” Wei didn’t make Royal Never Give Up weaker. With a 5-4 record, RNG are still far from being considered one of the best LPL teams; however, they’ve played well against lesser opponents and have had their moments against the top dogs.

One minor issue with RNG is that their early game isn’t as dominant as it once was. Still, they rarely give away much when ahead, so as long as they don’t get stomped early, RNG are in a good spot.

Anyone’s Legend won against FunPlus Phoenix on Saturday, which improved their record to 2-7. But that victory doesn’t mean much, and it doesn’t change the fact that AL are one of the weakest teams in the league.

Royal Never Give Up are priced at -138.89 to sweep this series, which is a surprisingly good offer considering Anyone’s Legend don’t have the players or the macro to cause any problems to RNG.
