Gen.G defeated T1 on Sunday, solidifying their status as the league’s top dogs. They are now on a 14-game unbeaten streak with an outstanding 28-3 map record (90% win rate).
Hanwha Life Esports managed a 2-0 sweep against DN Freecs at the end of LCK 2025 Rounds 1-2 Week 7. While it was not an explosive performance, HLE played a very clean, slow, and methodical game and were in full control from start to finish.
Gen.G defeated Hanwha Life Esports on the first day of the split and should be in a good position to win again on Wednesday, especially considering Park “Viper” Do-hyeon and co. have been showing some cracks recently. But Gen.G did not look too stable in their recent win, and this is still a clash between two elite teams.
At +175 on the top LoL betting sites, Hanwha Life Esports are a solid outsider pick. This is one of the best prices we will be getting on HLE, and as good as Gen.G are, -250 is too short.

DN Freecs are 1-13, but they have been showing slight improvement lately. They won their first match this split against Nongshim RedForce last Sunday but then had to play Gen.G and Hanwha Life back-to-back, so they were not given a chance to find any momentum.
DRX are 3-11 and on a four-game losing streak, which includes two three-map series against Dplus KIA and Nongshim RedForce. DRX played a competitive game against RedForce, and even before that, they managed to keep pace with Dplus KIA and Hanwha Life Esports.
This is a match between two of the league’s bottom teams, but DRX have looked more alive over the last couple of weeks. While they rely heavily on getting an early lead to hang around, doing that should not be an issue against DN Freecs.
