TEAM SPIRIT vs CLOUD9 CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

CS:GO Betting Odds: Spirit -192.31 at BetOnline | C9 +142 at BetOnline

Team Spirit were last seen competing at DreamHack Open January 2021 Europe, where they bested the likes of forZe, Sprout, BIG and FunPlus Phoenix en route to their first title of the year. Cloud9’s only tournament appearance of the year happened two weeks ago when they barely made it to the quarter-finals of cs_summit 7.

With the departure of head coach Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović and Turkish player Özgür “woxic” Eker, Cloud9 have found themselves in a tough spot. Even though they still field a fairly strong squad, their recent performances have not been very convincing.

Team Spirit might not have faced any big names of late, but they’re playing much cleaner CS:GO than C9 and should win with at least four rounds to spare.

BIG vs MOVISTAR RIDERS CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

CS:GO Betting Odds: BIG -312.5 at BetOnline | Movistar +220 at BetOnline

On paper, this match seems like it can end only one way, but it’s hard to bet against a team that fields Owen “smooya” Butterfield. The British AWPer only recently joined Movistar and didn’t need long to prove just how impactful he can be.

Smooya is averaging a 1.38 HLTV rating and 87% win rate for Movistar Riders across 23 maps. Even though Movistar faced mostly weaker sides in that stretch, that shouldn’t discredit those incredible numbers.

BIG are viewed as a much stronger team than Movistar Riders, and perhaps they are, but this is still a Bo1 match that could go either way. We are counting on smooya to help his team keep this match close.

NINJAS IN PYJAMAS vs COMPLEXITY CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

CS:GO Betting Odds: NiP +140 at BetOnline | Complexity -192.31 at BetOnline
When: February 16, 2021 at 12:00 CET

The return of Valentin “poizon” Vasilev has helped Complexity dramatically. Based on recent showings, they are now easily one of the top 10 teams in the world. Complexity enter this match off three huge wins against Team Vitality (2-0), G2 Esports (2-0) and Evil Geniuses (2-0), who they beat en route to a top-three finish at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2021.

Ninjas in Pyjamas hold a lot of promise, but that’s about it. Even though the Swedes shocked the Counter-Strike esports community with wins against Astralis (2-0) and BIG (2-0) just over a week ago, that seemed more like a fluke run than any real indication of their quality.

Given what Complexity showed last week, we don’t have any reason to doubt them. We are taking the favourites with a -3.5 round handicap.

TEAM LIQUID vs MIBR CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

CS:GO Betting Odds: TL -263.16 at BetOnline | MiBR +191 at BetOnline
When: February 16, 2021 at 15:00 CET
Watch Live: YouTube (https://www.twitch.tv/esl_csgo)

Team Liquid last met with MiBR on Saturday, winning 2-0 with 16-6 on Vertigo and 19-9 on Inferno. Considering only a couple of days have passed since then, it’s only fair to expect another commanding performance from the North American side on Tuesday.

The round handicap for this match is set at 3.5, which may seem high for a Bo1 match as it implies MiBR won’t win more than 12 rounds; however, if their last meeting is any indication, getting even close to double digits will be a challenge for the Brazilian squad.
