SAW and forZe will lock horns on Wednesday in the third round of ESL Challenger League Season 43 Europe. It will mark their first meeting since August, when forZe eliminated the Portuguese squad from the Season 42 playoff race.

SAW have since not made any changes to the roster, whereas forZe have replaced Aleksandr “KENSI” Gurkin and Evgeniy “Norwi” Ermolin with Evgeniy “Aunkere” Karyat and Amin “sugaR” Azimov. With the new duo, forZe have attended two tournaments, CCT Central Europe Series #3 and European Development Championship Season 6, but couldn’t achieve much, placing ninth-16th and fifth-eighth, respectively.

Still, forZe are in good form ahead of this bout, having won their last four outings and seven of their last nine. In contrast, SAW are on a three-game winning streak and 5-4 on the month, which includes a 1-4 run at Elisa Masters Espoo 2022, where SAW lost against 500 (17-19), Fnatic (20-22), Astralis (11-16), and Bad News Eagles (12-16).

Losing four of five games isn’t optimal, but SAW had to play tough opponents and still, they forced two OTs. Since then, they’ve beaten Movistar Riders (2-1), GTZ.ESPORTS (19-16), and For The Win Esports (2-1).

Talent-wise, SAW and forZe are fairly equal, so there’s a good chance the series extends to three maps. ForZe can win, so they’re not a bad bet at evens or better, but we like over 2.5 maps better.

TEAM SPIRIT vs HEET CS:GO BETTING & MATCH DETAILS

Best Odds: Spirit -227.27 at BetOnline | HEET +162 at BetOnline
When: November 30, 2022 | 19:00 CET

Team Spirit will clash with HEET for the first time since December 2021, when HEET (then DBL PONEY) won 2-1 during ESL Challenger Anaheim 2022 Europe Closed Qualifier. But according to the latest CS:GO betting odds, this bout should play out differently.

Team Spirit reached the Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 playoffs just over two weeks ago, which alone is a strong indication that they’re much stronger than HEET. The latter have not accomplished anything even remotely as impressive this year and their most notable achievement over the last two months was beating Team Falcons in the final of ESL Championnat National Autumn 2022.

Moreover, HEET are 2-3 from their last five, with defeats against BIG (13-16), Sprout (14-16), and ENCE (9-16), which are all as strong or weaker the Team Spirit. Our only concern with the Russian squad is that they’ve not played a single official match since their (0-2) loss against Heroic in Rio. But even if they’re a bit rusty, Spirit should smash this.
