Counter-Strike veteran Marcelo “coldzera” David announced his departure from ODDIK on Tuesday, ending his three-month stint with the Brazilian team.

The announcement came just days after ODDIK crashed out of the fourth ESL Challenger League Season 50 South American Cup, where they lost to KRU Esports and Tropa do KinGui.

Coldzera joined ODDIK at the end of July as a replacement for João “matios” Guedes, who has since remained on ODDIK’s bench.

During his short stay, coldzera has stood out as the team’s top-performing player, averaging a 1.11 performance rating.

However, ODDIK have struggled to find much success in that time, failing to win a single tournament.

Notable placements over the last three months include a runner-up finish at Circuito FERJEE 2025, a semifinal run at CCT Season 3 South American Series #4, and a bronze medal from FERJEE Rush 2025.

Results have dried out in October, with two early eliminations from the CBCS Masters Xeque Mate 2025 closed qualifiers and ESL Challenger League Season 50 South America Cup #4.

That meant ODDIK missed out on qualifying for the StarLadder Budapest Major, losing to coldzera’s previous team, RED Canids, by 16 Valve Regional Standings (VRS) points.

Coldzera’s departure marks the second roster change for ODDIK this month, following the benching of Fillipe “pancc” Martins on October 17.

With just three active players on their Counter-Strike 2 lineup, ODDIK now enter a rebuilding process, with no tournaments scheduled for the foreseeable future.
