2026 Demacia Cup Global Invitational group stage comes to an end on Thursday, October 8, with the final two matches, when FlyQuest face RED Canids and Natus Vincere clash with JD Gaming in the fourth round of play.

This is an interesting game, featuring two teams who have not shown much stability or anything promising at the Demacia Cup Global Invitational. FlyQuest found more traction in the third round, where they bested GAM Esports and Shopify Rebellion, but they have looked very questionable across the first two rounds of play.
RED Canids, on the other side, took advantage of Natus Vincere’s blunders in the first round and have since suffered two bad losses against KT Rolster and Team Vitality.
Both teams have shown strong early game and very weak transition into the mid game, so some chaos is guaranteed on Thursday. And considering both sides have shown the same weaknesses, the +500 price tag on RED Canids looks too generous.

The best League of Legends bookmakers have Natus Vincere listed as +300 underdogs for Thursday’s game against JD Gaming. That is a big number considering how iffy JD Gaming have been at this event.
JD Gaming entered the Demacia Cup Global Invitational with two stand-ins, Fang “Xiaofang” Zhey in the jungle and Xiang “Angel” Tao as a starting mid laner. These changes have had their toll, as JD Gaming have looked disorganized and out of sync over the three games played.
They were particularly bad against LGD Gaming in the third round, when JD Gaming got outplayed on all fronts, especially in the late game. It hasn’t been a good run for JD Gaming, who look more like a shadow of their former selves.
Natus Vincere have not been amazing either. They have shot themselves in the foot against RED Canids, then defeated FlyQuest, and lost against HAJIN BRION.
Natus Vincere took a map off BRION, which appears promising, but it was purely due to BRION’s mistakes. It is worth noting that even their 2-0 sweep of FlyQuest was mostly a byproduct of FlyQuest’s blunders.
NAVI have not shown anything this tournament and have looked good only on maps where their opponents have made mistakes. JD Gaming are not immune to slipping, but the raw quality difference here is enough to side with the Chinese outfit.
