Kiwoom DRX head into Week 4 off a tough loss to T1. There is no real shame in that result, but the bigger concern is that KRX have not looked particularly sharp for most of the split, making this another difficult spot for them against one of Korea’s hottest teams.

KT Rolster now sit on a six-match winning streak. They have had a few close calls during that run, and the eye test says they are not quite as dominant as the record implies, but they have still been doing a very good job of taking care of lower-rated opponents.

A lot of that comes down to KT’s mid-jungle pairing, which continues to drive this team forward. Even when KT are not fully convincing, they have enough quality in the key roles to control games like this.

There is every chance KT cool off at some stage, but this does not feel like the matchup where it happens. Against a Kiwoom DRX side that has struggled to consistently threaten top teams, KT should be in a very comfortable position.

HANWHA LIFE ESPORTS vs NONGSHIM REDFORCE

Nongshim RedForce picked up their fourth win of the split on Sunday with a victory over BRION, but it was far from convincing. They were comfortably beaten on the first map and looked close to being swept before eventually dragging the series back in their favour.

It was another performance that raised more questions than it answered. Nongshim have not done much to establish themselves as a genuine threat this split, and the +175 underdog tag on the top LoL betting sites still feels generous.

Hanwha Life Esports are not always the easiest team to trust as favourites, mainly because they can underperform in games they should control. Still, the gap between these two sides is clear, especially with HLE coming off a statement 2-0 sweep over Gen.G.

When Hanwha are switched on, they have too much firepower and too much quality across the map for a team like Nongshim to keep up. Provided they avoid the lapses that occasionally make them vulnerable, this should be a clean result for one of the strongest lineups in the league.
