VANCOUVER SURGE vs RIYADH FALCONS

Vancouver Surge lost their third consecutive game on Friday, when they had to admit defeat to G2 Minnesota. It was not a close game, ending with 70-250 on Hardpoint, 3-6 on Exposure, and 3-7 on Overload.

Miami Heretics are expected to dominate Boston Breach, and for all the right reasons. Boston Breach have been widely inconsistent this season, and haven’t found much success this stage.

Going 3-7 over 10 games, Boston Breach are likely to finish the qualifiers in the bottom two. Meanwhile, Miami Heretics are guaranteed a top six finish, so neither team has anything to play for here. However, while Miami have nothing to gain in the standings, they are in a position where they are expected to dominate and get some momentum ahead of the Major.

A 3-0 sweep for the Heretics is a very likely outcome.

TORONTO KOI vs OPTIC TEXAS

OpTic Texas are 9-0, thus guaranteed to win the CDL Stage 2 Major Qualifiers. They are well-positioned to finish the qualifiers with a perfect record, but there is nothing to gain from it. Instead, they will likely want to practice their weaker maps ahead of the Major or simply take the game less seriously.
