Park “Summit” Woo-tae is likely to fight his cheating allegations, with the LoL LTA star a key plank in Estral esports team.

Estral Esports’ League of Legends player Park “Summit” Woo-tae has been provisionally suspended from the League of Legends Championship of The Americas (LTA) North 2026 promotion due to cheating allegations.
The incident happened on Monday, during the upper bracket semifinals, when Disguised faced off against Estral Esports for a spot in the LTA North 2026 promotion upper bracket finals.
After Disguised secured a 2-1 lead, the game had to be halted due to a DDoS attack, leading to a lengthy delay.
During that time, however, Summit was seen on a teammate’s webcam watching a feed of a VOD of the previous play from the still ongoing game, causing concerns about competitive integrity.
As a result, Riot Games suspended Summit, citing the global code of conduct, which prohibits any out-of-game method to gain an unfair advantage.
Estral Esports released a statement, arguing that the penalty is too severe and disproportionate.
The South American LoL esports team stated that there was no malicious intent to cheat from Summit, attributing his actions to the poorly communicated delay.
Estral Esports further argued that they received no clear guidance during the pause and will appeal the decision for a more understanding approach.
The match, which was stopped at 2-1, continued on October 7. Estral had to field a substitute, Alejandro “Shintalx” Quintanilla, and lost 1-3.
It is unclear whether Estral will get to field the ex-Team Liquid top laner for the remainder of the tournament. This is a huge blow to their ambitions to fight their way through the gauntlet and secure a direct invite to the League Championship Series (LCS), which makes its return in 2026.
