The final week of VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 Pacific Stage 1 kicks off on Friday, May 1, with two fixtures between four eliminated teams, as Gen.G Esports clash with Team Secret before VARREL take on ZETA DIVISION.

While the results of these games mean nothing for the final seeding ahead of the playoffs, they still present a couple of VALORANT betting opportunities worth exploring on the top-rated bookmakers.

Gen.G Esports enter the final week of VCT Pacific Stage 1 with a 1-3 record and no path left to the playoffs. The same applies to Team Secret, who are 0-4 and have looked like one of the weakest teams in the region.

Despite their poor record, Gen.G have at least shown some flashes. They managed to take maps off Paper Rex and DRX, which suggests there is more quality in this roster than the standings alone indicate.

The issue is motivation. With nothing left to fight for and likely roster changes around the corner, it is hard to justify backing Gen.G at a short price. This could easily turn into a looser series between two teams playing without much pressure.

Team Secret have been poor, but in a dead-rubber fixture, the gap between these teams might not matter as much as it would in a must-win match. The +120 line on top VALORANT betting sites for over 2.5 maps looks like the best way to approach it.

VARREL vs ZETA DIVISION

Like the opening match of the day, VARREL vs ZETA DIVISION carries no playoff meaning. Both teams are winless, both are already eliminated, and both will be playing only for pride in the final round of the regular season.

VARREL and ZETA have both struggled badly at this level. They have not only failed to win a series, but have managed just one and two map wins, respectively, which underlines how far off the pace they have been.

With so little separating the two teams, this looks much closer to a coin flip than the odds suggest. VARREL being favoured is understandable, but not by enough to make them an appealing pick at -175.44.

ZETA DIVISION have been poor, but they are not much worse than VARREL, and in a match with no stakes, taking the bigger price makes more sense. At plus money, ZETA are the value side.
