Tuyz leaves LOUD Valorant roster after two years

LOUD have announced the departure of Arthur “tuyz” Vieira, who left the Brazilian VALORANT esports roster after
two years.

The 21-year-old joined LOUD in November 2022 in the post-VALORANT Champions 2022 roster rebuild alongside
Daniel “fRoD” Montaner, Jordan “stk” Nunes, and Cauan “cauanzin” Pereira.

Tuyz had a strong first year with LOUD, helping his new team claim a silver medal from VCT 2024 Americas
Kickoff and a fourth-place finish in VALORANT Masters Madrid.

Success was harder to come by for LOUD for the second half of the season, as they failed to qualify for the next
Masters and the VALORANT Champions, with fifth-sixth and ninth-place finishes in Stage 1 and Stage 2.

In the 2024 season, tuyz had to change his position following the return of Bryan “pANcada” Luna, who pushed
him to play Controller, Duelist and Initiator.

After the poor ending to the last season, LOUD made further roster changes in hopes of finding more success in
2025, meaning tuyz’s role shifted to playing Sentinel before he got moved back to Initiator.

Despite all the attempts to find stability, LOUD have failed to achieve any notable results this season.

They produced a fifth-sixth-place finish in the Kickoff event and crashed out of VCT 2025 Americas Stage 1 in last
place with a 0-5 record.

Less than a week after the conclusion of Stage 1, LOUD released Vinicius “v1nNy” Gonçalves and now decided to
wave goodbye to Tuyz, who was, alongside Cauanzin the longest-serving player on the lineup.

The roster change came just a day before LOUD were supposed to attend the Esports World Cup 2025 Americas
Qualifiers.

However, due to fielding an incomplete roster, they decided to withdraw from the event, giving KRU Esports a bye
to the upper bracket semifinals, where KRU will face the winner of Cloud9 vs 2GAME Esports.
