Popular content creators Ali “SypherPK Hassan, Nicholas “NICKMERCS” Kolcheff, Richard Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Timothy John “Timthetatman” Betar and Jack “CourageJD” Dunlop have come together to create their own battle royale which has been dubbed ‘Project V’.
The game will be developed by Superjoy Studios, which is a subsidiary of SypherPK’s Oni Studios, and followers of each of the streamers will be allowed to have some input into the creative direction of the game.
Project V will be created using Epic Games’ new Unreal Editor for Fortnite tool, also known as Creative 2.0, a system that allows players to create their own maps.
“With custom weapons, a full scale map, fluid movement and unique mechanics in our sights, we have ambitious plans to build something really unique,” Superjoy Studios said in an official statement.
“While we can’t give away too many details about the game just yet, here’s what we can tell you: Project V will be a game that puts community feedback and features front and center.”
The game is expected to be released sometime in 2024, and registered players will start receiving regular updates soon via the official Discord server.
