The Brazilians have made a roster change ahead of Asia Pacific League 2025.

Elevate have announced the departure of Rafael “Semper” Paravizo, who leaves the Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege roster after less than a month.

During his short stint with Elevate, Semper helped them the knockout stage of the first-ever Siege X tournament, RELOAD 2025.

The 22-year-old joined the team on April 22 as part of a major roster rebuild, when the team moved to an all-Brazilian lineup consisting of players from the likes of Ninjas in Pyjamas, MIBR, w7m, and Elevate Academy.

Despite his team’s success, Semper failed to leave a positive mark and finished with a 0.82 performance rating — the second-lowest average on the roster.

Before signing for Elevate, Semper had been at MIBR, who he joined in January 2024 at the start of his R6S esports career.

With MIBR, Semper finished Brazil League 2024 Stage 1 in seventh place and was benched in July after the Brazilian lineup failed to make it through the local open qualifiers for the Esports World Cup.

Semper spent the remainder of the year competing for BarCeLoKo and Turma do pandeiro, with whom he came one game short of reaching the Six Invitational 2025 South American Closed Qualifier.

The announcement did not include any reason for Semper’s departure, nor have Elevate revealed who will fill in the gap.

Semper’s replacement should be known in the coming weeks, ahead of Elevate’s campaign in Asia Pacific League 2025 Stage 1, set to kick off on June 13.
