MASONIC enter this bout with a 4-1 record from their last five outings and a 9-2 record across their last 11. But while that figure looks very good on paper, most of MASONIC’s wins came against weak teams – some weaker than Astralis Talent.
It’s worth noting that MASONIC won against Astralis Talent (16-3) at the end of January, which is why the esports betting sites favour them to do it again. But Astralis Talent played uncharacteristically poorly on the day, so we wouldn’t overreact to that defeat.
Astralis Talent have not played a single match since that loss, so they are a bit rusty, but the one-month break gave them enough time to prepare themselves for the rematch. Talent-wise, there isn’t much to separate these two Danish CS:GO teams, so we have to side with the outsiders to get their revenge win on Wednesday.

Case Esports is a newly formed CS:GO team, headlined by former Luminosity and Immortals player Lucas “steel” Lopes, who joined forces with four Brazilian players, including former FURIA member Lucas “honda” Cano. Although Case have no official matches on their record and are a bit of an enigma, it’s hard to understand why are they priced as +300 underdogs for this match.
While a more established team, Team Finest are not very strong and are a middle-of-the-pack Tier 2 team at best. And even though we have yet to see Case Esports play, they have enough talented players for us to believe they can be just as good, if not better than Finest.
Case Esports are very underrated at the offered CS:GO betting odds and offer excellent value. Alternatively, you can take Case with an 8.5-round handicap as a safer option at solid odds.
