The second week of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2026 Split 1 continues on Wednesday, January 21, with the third round of play. The action begins with a Group Nirvana clash between two high-flying teams, LNG Esports and LGD Gaming, followed by a Group Ascend fixture between Invictus Gaming and Top Esports.
With all four teams still having a lot to prove, Wednesday’s affairs promise fireworks as well as excellent LoL betting opportunities to explore on the top-rated esports bookmakers.

LNG Esports and LGD Gaming are arguably two of the strongest teams in Group Nirvana, as proven by their strong Week 1 performances. LNG Esports rolled over Oh My God, while LGD Gaming swept Ultra Prime.
It is hard to draw any conclusions from the two games, but both LNG and LGD have solid lineups. LNG have built a new and exciting roster with the potential to compete for a strong finish. On the other side, LGD Gaming have decided to keep their core intact and continue where they left off in 2025.
On paper, LNG Esports look stronger, as reflected in the markets. However, LGD Gaming are no slouches and unlike LNG, they have continuity on their side.
This has the potential to be a highly competitive game. At even money, over 2.5 maps is a no-brainer pick.

Invictus Gaming kicked off LPL 2026 Split 1 with back-to-back losses against Weibo Gaming and Bilibili Gaming. However, they picked themselves up with a 2-1 victory over JD Gaming on Saturday, with a much cleaner performance, before losing to Bilibili Gaming on Tuesday.
Top Esports are 1-2. They lost to JD Gaming and Bilibili Gaming in Week 1, but bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Weibo Gaming on Monday. Much like IG, Top Esports looked weak early on, but have shown some improvement – namely their bottom lane, which seemed out of sync in the opening week.
Both teams have their wrinkles. Invictus Gaming’s top side is struggling, and they seem to rely heavily on mid laner Song “Rookie” Eui-jin to do most of the heavy lifting. Top Esports have other concerns, especially their bottom lane duo. But if TES’ performance against Weibno Gaming is any indication, they are on the right path.
Priced at +150 on the top LoL betting sites, TES are hard to pass on. They’ve had lower lows, but Invictus Gaming are not perfect either.
