JD Gaming and Anyone’s Legend meet in the League of Legends Pro League 2025 Split 3 Playoffs this Tuesday, and esports betting sites are forecasting a one-sided affair in the lower-bracket semifinal.
JD Gaming have had an underwhelming run through the split. They also struggled to get it going early into the playoffs, losing 2-3 to Bilibili Gaming in the upper-bracket quarterfinals.
After that close defeat, JD Gaming edged past EDward Gaming 3-2 and then bested Weibo Gaming in four maps in the lower-bracket quarterfinals.
While JDG have gained some momentum, their latest victory was not all that impressive. Weibo Gaming, while statistically a better team, were a complete no-show on the day, with questionable drafting and poor individual performances.
Anyone’s Legend also did not have the most inspiring performance in the group stage. They were equally as iffy to start the playoffs, going down to Weibo Gaming in five maps.
However, despite Lee “Tarzan” Seung-yong and co. looking uncomfortable on the current patch, they then beat Invictus Gaming convincingly, so there is a silver lining.
The best League of Legends betting sites have Anyone’s Legend priced as -400 favorites, which looks short. However, while AL have been trending up, JD Gaming continue to struggle against good teams who know how to punish mistakes.
The ability to punish such blunders is why Anyone Legend’s swept JDG twice during the LPL Split 3 group stage. Barring any surprises, it should be a similar story this time.
