JDG have brought in a new support, marking their third signing over the past month.
Chinese League of Legends team JD Gaming announced the arrival of support player Wang “Zhuo” Xuzhuo on Sunday.
Zhuo is the third new player to join JD Gaming over the last month, after top laner Xu “Xiaoxu” Xingzhu and support Zhang “Wink” Rui, with the latter now having competition for a spot on the primary LoL roster.
The 24-year-old puts on JDG’s jersey as a proven player in the LoL Pro League.
He made his professional debut in the 2019 LPL season with Team WE before spending two years at Top Esports, where he won the 2021 Demacia Cup and placed second in LPL 2022 Spring.
In late 2022, Zhuo joined Victory Five (who became Ninjas in Pyjamas) and spent two years there before joining LNG Esports’ rebuilding project ahead of the 2025 season.
The latter did not net any notable accomplishments, as LNG finished Split 1 in 13th-16th place and Split 2 in 13th place.
Zhou joins JDG after something of a rough patch for the 2023 LoL World Championship semifinalists, who have been struggling in the final split of the season.
Four weeks into LPL 2025 Split 3, they have managed just two wins from seven matches and are on a three-game losing streak.
With only three more weeks to go and seven games left on the schedule, JD Gaming are slowly running out of time to find momentum ahead of the knockout stage.
Zhuo is expected to make his debut on Monday, August 11, when JD Gaming take on FunPlus Phoenix as -277.78 favorites on the top LoL esports betting sites.
