We expected to see a bit more from Alliance this tournament, but the same can be said about mudgolems, who have yet to show any form of stability. Since Virtus.pro promoted their academy roster, their results have been nothing short of spectacular. VP have won each of their last four matches, beating OG (2-0), Just Error (2-1), mudgolems (2-0) and Team Nigma (2-0).

On paper, OG and Team Secret are two of the strongest Dota2 teams in the world, but their form this tournament hardly shows that. Nevertheless, both sides have looked much better in their most recent fixtures, with Secret sweeping Just Error and OG doing the same against against Natus Vincere.
The Dota 2 betting odds imply Secret should win this match with ease, which is not wrong. Even though OG swept NaVi, they still looked a bit iffy, while they have not beaten Secret since ESL One Los Angeles in April.
Given the 8-1 head-to-head record this year, siding with Secret to win 2-0 is the obvious choice.
