PGL Major Copenhagen 2024
The PGL Major Copenhagen event was the first Major played on Counter-Strike 2, following the release of CS2 in 2023. The tournament brought the world’s best teams to Denmark and gave the new version of Counter-Strike its first Major champion.
The format featured an Opening Stage, Elimination Stage and Playoffs, with the final bracket played in front of a live crowd at the Royal Arena. Natus Vincere, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, Team Vitality, MOUZ, Eternal Fire, Team Spirit and Cloud9 all reached the playoff stage.

Natus Vincere won PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 by defeating FaZe Clan 2-1 in the grand final. NAVI took Ancient 13-9, were heavily beaten on Mirage, then responded on Inferno to secure the first Counter-Strike 2 Major title.
