3DMAX look like the better side to trust after both teams dropped their openers.

Their loss to MIBR was not ideal, but it was still the kind of opening best-of-one that can be put behind them quickly in a lower-bracket BO3. Liquid also fell 13-9 to PARIVISION, and the concern there is that they did not show enough control once the game started getting away from them.

This should be much more competitive than the opening results suggest, but 3DMAX have the cleaner route through the map pool and a little more consistency to lean on. Liquid have the name value, yet 3DMAX at -153.85 still looks playable in an elimination setting.

NRG ESPORTS vs MOUZ

Best OddsNRG Esports +500 at BetOnline | MOUZ -1000 at SportsBetting

NRG are a big swing, but MOUZ at -1000 is too short after what happened in the opener.

MOUZ losing 13-7 to TYLOO was one of the sharper reminders that this event is not going to hand reputations free wins. NRG also lost their first match, but a 13-10 defeat to Legacy is much easier to work with than a flat showing where the favourite never really looked settled.

MOUZ are still the likely winner, but the price is doing all the heavy lifting. If NRG can keep one map close and drag the economy into uncomfortable territory, this becomes much more dangerous for the favourite than the market suggests. At +500, the upset is the only side with real betting appeal.

BC.GAME vs paiN GAMING

Best OddsBC.Game +125 at BetOnline | paiN Gaming -166.67 at SportsBetting

BC.Game are the more appealing side after almost catching Falcons in the opening round.

That 13-11 loss was still a defeat, but it was a much stronger first impression than paiN’s 13-8 loss to M80. BC.Game showed they could keep a higher-rated opponent under pressure deep into the map, and that is exactly the sort of form line that matters when the next match becomes a full best-of-three elimination series.

paiN have enough quality to reset and win this, but -166.67 feels a little short for a team that did not get much going in round one. BC.Game look live enough to make this a proper scrap, and the +125 is worth taking.

LYNN VISION vs NINJAS IN PYJAMAS

Best OddsLynn Vision +200 at BetOnline | Ninjas in Pyjamas -285.71 at SportsBetting
WhenMay 21, 2026 | 14:00 CST

Ninjas in Pyjamas are short, but Lynn Vision’s opener makes it hard to build a strong underdog case.

Lynn Vision were blown out by The MongolZ, and while a BO1 can always make a team look worse than it really is, a 13-3 loss leaves plenty to clean up in a hurry. NIP also lost their opener, but a 13-9 defeat to B8 at least gives them more to build from heading into the lower bracket.

The price is not huge, though it is still above the cutoff and backed by the cleaner round-one showing. Lynn Vision have local-region upside and can make this uncomfortable if the crowd energy gets behind them, but NIP look like the more stable pick to survive.
