How to bet on ePL EAFC esports

First of all, you need to find a licensed bookmaker that runs EAFC betting markets. We at eSportBet.com only recommend esports bookies that tick all the boxes for licensing and regulation, secure banking, player privacy, customer service, and competitive markets.

We also suggest signing up at more than one of the trusted betting sites shown above. That way, you can compare the odds, betting specials and bonus offers to ensure you always get maximum value when you bet on the ePremier League.

Once you have signed up at a couple of online bookmakers and added some money to your account, you can browse ePL betting markets and start placing wagers. EAFC betting is not all that different from standard football betting, with odds available for match results, goals scored, correct score, goalscorers, and all sorts of exotics.

What is the ePremier League?

The ePL is the official esports competition for the English Premier League. Launched in October 2018, only a few days after the release of FIFA 19, it features all 20 teams from England’s top flight and is open to gamers all over the UK.

When does the ePL esports league start?

Beginning Wednesday, November 20, 2024 players will take part in three online qualification stages for each Premier League club, running through November and December. These qualifiers will determine who progresses to the January Club Playoffs.

A total of 40 players representing 20 Premier League clubs will then go head-to-head in a 1v1 team format, with all matches played in the ePremier League’s traditional home of London, England.

Once the club representatives are finalised, the live ePremier League finals will be staged over two consecutive weekends.

  • ePremier League Group Stages – March 1 & 2
  • ePremier League Knockout Stages – Saturday, March 22
  • ePremier League Finals – Sunday, March 23

What platforms does ePL esport support?

EAFC 25 is the game of choice for the 2025 season of the ePremier League. The tournament is open to both Xbox and PS5 users, with separate divisions for each system.

How do I enter the ePremier League?

If you think you have what it takes to compete in the ePL, head over to PremierLeague.com and sign up for online qualifying from Wednesday, November 20, 2025. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and over.

EAFC 25 ePL season structure

The 2025 ePremier League season is divided into three rounds:

  • ePremier League Group Stages – The 20 clubs are divided into four groups of five, competing in a Double Round Robin format, with a Single Round Robin between players on the same platform. Matches are played as single games with no extra time or penalties, awarding 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, and 0 for a loss. Group winners advance straight to the Quarterfinals, while the remaining teams move into Playoffs Round 1.
  • ePremier League Knockout Stages – From this point it is sudden death, with the top 16 sides from the ePL Group stages facing off in single elimination games until the final.
  • ePremier League Finals – £300,000 GBP is on the line where both players from each of the two clubs play off in a two-leg match against the opposing finalists.
