After losing to KRU Esports last week, LOUD will seek their first victory of VCT 2025: Americas Stage 1 on Sunday. They will take on the perpetual underdogs, 2GAME Esports, who lost a closely-contested game against Evil Geniuses last Sunday.
LOUD are favoured to come out ahead in the Brazilian derby, which makes sense considering how weak their next opponents have looked this season. 2GAME Esports have yet to win a game since the turn of the year and reached double digits just once – 11-13 on Haven against Evil Geniuses.
The main question is whether 2G can win a map, but even that seems unlikely unless they get Haven – which LOUD will want to remove. There’s little to suggest that 2GAME Esports can leave a dent in LOUD.

Cloud9 completed a reverse sweep against NRG in the opening week of Americas Stage 1. They will now aim to hand Leviatan their second defeat of the tournament, adding to Francisco “kiNgg” Aravena and his crew’s 0-2 loss to MiBR.
The top VALORANT betting sites have Cloud9 priced as underdogs for this fixture, which does not sound right. While Leviatan have a higher ceiling – as they proved during the Kickoff event – Cloud9 performed much better last week.
Leviatan’s player quality is very high, so they should bounce back at one point. But until they show something, it is hard to make a solid case for them at this price.
