T1 have extended jungler Mun “Oner” Hyeon-jun to 2028, reuniting with Faker, Keria, Doran, and Peyz as the LCK giants gear up for the 2026 season.

On Wednesday, December 24, T1 announced a contract extension with jungler Mun “Oner” Hyeon-jun, who has re-signed with the Korean League of Legends team until 2028.
Oner’s professional LoL esports journey with T1 started in August 2020 when he joined T1 Academy as a young prospect.
His journey with T1 Academy, however, did not last for long, as the 23-year-old secured promotion to the main LoL Champions Korea (LCK) roster before the start of the 2021 season.
Quickly, Oner became a franchise player, helping the Korean juggernauts.
In his first year, he reached the semifinals of the LoL World Championship and has since won three Summoner’s Cups, becoming one of the few players in history to achieve success in tier-1 without going through the LCK Challengers League.
By extending his contract, Oner will link up with old teammates, Choi “Doran” Hyeon-jun, Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, and support Ryu “Keria” Min-seok and Kim “Peyz” Su-hwan as T1’s latest addition.
With Oner’s contract extension, T1 are ready for the start of the new season, on January 14, with the LCK Cup 2026.
T1 have already showcased their new roster at the 2025 KeSPA Cup, which they won at the start of the month, by beating Hanwha Life Esports in the grand finals.
Of the five active players, all have their contracts until the end of 2028 or later, except for support Keria and top laner Doran, who are tied with T1 until the end of the next season.
