The first pair of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2026 Split 1 Knights Rivals lower bracket fixtures is set for Tuesday, February 10, when Edward Gaming meet with Oh My God, followed by a clash between LNG Esports and ThunderTalk Gaming, who will chase their first victory of the split.

Tuesday’s affairs are expected to be very one-sided, with EDward Gaming and LNG Esports expected to cruise to Round 3.

ThunderTalk Gaming enter their first game of LPL 2026 Split 1 Knights Rivals as heavy underdogs. Priced at $10.00 on the best LoL betting sites, TT Gaming are given a 10% chance of upsetting LNG, which does not sound wrong.

Despite hailing from Group Perseverance, TT Gaming have made a strong case for themselves as one of the weakest teams in the league, with some of the worst performance metrics in the LPL. With a 0-6 series record and -11 map differential, ThunderTalk failed to keep up, and things will not get any easier on Tuesday.

LNG Esports were placed in Group Nirvana due to their poor showings in 2025. However, they emerged as the clear best team, with a perfect 6-0 record and +10 map difference.

LNG had the luxury of playing against weaker opponents, but that does not take away from their dominant performances.

Although they had a shaky ending to the group stage, LNG did not need to win the final games and seemed to approach the fixtures too relaxed.

LNG Esports have had some close calls during the regular season, but the quality difference here is enough to take their side to walk away with a 3-0 sweep.

EDward Gaming placed third in Group Perseverance, in a three-way tie with Team WE and Ninjas in Pyjamas. Statistically, EDG have done well, and rank in the top half of the LPL, but those figures are a bit skewed as Xiang “Angel” Tao and his crew haven’t faced many strong teams.

This will remain the case on Tuesday, when EDward Gaming clash with Oh My God, who ended their Group Nirvana campaign with a 3-3 record. That includes only victories against LPL’s bottom feeders, Ultra Prime and LGD Gaming.

Considering how weak Group Nirvana was – except for LNG – it is hard to feel optimistic about OMG and their chances to upset EDG.

However, EDward Gaming have been very sketchy and look more than capable of slipping.

Oh My God, to take a map at -227.27 is hard to pass on, knowing how prone EDward Gaming are to throwing away leads.
