The IEM Chengdu 2025 third-place decider will feature a clash between MOUZ and Team Falcons, who met twice during the ESL Pro League Season 22 in October. Both series ended in the Falcons’ favor, with 2-1 and 2-0, so it comes as no surprise that the top-rated CS2 betting sites have Nikola “NiKo” Kovač and his crew priced as favorites for the rematch.
Team Falcons have done well in China. However, after winning Group A, they failed to overcome FURIA and lost 5-13 on Inferno and 11-13 on Mirage. It was a complete collapse of the Falcons, with all players but Maxim “kyousuke” Lukin (1.33) averaging a negative performance rating.
MOUZ won Group B by beating FaZe Clan, Team Vitality, and FURIA, but they could not make it past the Bees in a rematch on Sunday, losing the semifinal 1-2. It was, however, a highly competitive series that could’ve easily gone MOUZ’s way.
MOUZ are 0-2 down in the head-to-head over the last month, but they have looked more stable in this tournament and have had a much more challenging road to the final four. At plus money, MOUZ are worth a bet.

Team Vitality defeated MOUZ 2-1 in the semifinals to reach their 10th LAN grand finals of the season. For FURIA, this will be their third, albeit they have won their last two – at FISSURE Playground #2 and Thunderpick World Championship 2025.
FURIA storm onto the big stage in excellent form, having now won eight of their last nine games. That includes victories over The MongolZ and The Falcons, whom the Brazilian outfit beat 2-0 in the semifinals.
While all five players have been putting in the work, Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato and Danil “molodoy” Golubenko stand out with average performance ratings of 1.31 and 1.30, respectively.
Team Vitality have had some iffy games en route to the top two, but they stepped up in the semifinal with a 2-1 victory over
MOUZ, proving they can perform in clutch moments. Robin “ropz” Kool was the star of the show, with a 1.40 rating, now
averaging 1.25 over 16 maps played.
It is very hard to question Team Vitality in grand finals, but FURIA have proven they can dance with the world’s top teams. Their deep map pool and better win rate on Nuke, Train, and Overpass should be enough for the Brazilians to force a close game.
