What is the Free Fire Esports World Cup?

Free Fire is a fast-paced, mobile battle royale game developed by 111 Dots Studio and published by Garena. Released in 2017, it quickly became one of the most downloaded mobile games globally, particularly popular in South-east Asia, Latin America, and India. Designed specifically for low-to-mid-range smartphones, Free Fire delivers quick, action-packed matches that typically last around 10 minutes.

The Free Fire Esports World Cup is the premier international championship for Free Fire and is part of the larger Esports World Cup being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This marquee event brings together 18 elite teams from around the globe to compete for US$1,000,000 in prize money.

Most of the qualified teams will come from the regional Free Fire World Series leagues, mainly South-east Asia, Brazil and Latin America. They will be joined by three teams who booked their place in the Esports World Cup through the Middle East & North Africa, Pakistan and Bangladesh qualifiers.

Free Fire Esports World Cup 2025 betting sites

While Free Fire betting continues to grow in popularity, punters should be aware that markets for the Free Fire Esports World Cup 2025 may be more limited than those available for major PC-based esports titles. Leading esports betting sites are expected to offer core markets such as outright winner, match winner, and top-kill player bets, but options like live betting, detailed player props, or in-depth map-specific wagers may be less common due to the mobile-focused and fast-paced nature of the game.

If you’re looking for a wider range of Esports World Cup betting opportunities, you’ll find far more markets and betting action in bigger games such as:
