The second week of competition at the 2025 Esports World Cup concluded on Sunday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the League of Legends, Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and Free Fire EWC events coming to a close.
Gen.G Esports, Team Spirit, Team Vitality and EVOS Esports were all crowned champions over the weekend, each claiming 1,000 Club Championship points.

Gen.G and AG.AL clashed in the grand final of the League of Legends Esports World Cup on Sunday. Coming off their LoL Mid-Season Invitational triumph, Gen.G were marked as heavy favourites to lift the trophy, and even though they were pushed to five maps, the Korean giants claimed the EWC title with a 3-2 victory.

Team Spirit completed their unbeaten run at the Dota 2 Esports World Cup with a dominant 3-0 victory over Team Falcons in the grand final. After topping Group A earlier in the tournament, Spirit didn’t even drop a map in their three playoff series en route to lifting the trophy on Saturday in Riyadh.

Capping an action-packed five-day tournament at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women’s Invitational, Team Vitality claimed the title after defeating Gaimin Gladiators with a dominant 4-0 sweep. Vitality impressed throughout the event, finishing with a flawless record.

In what was one of the most exhilarating and competitive grand finals in the title’s history, the Free Fire Esports World Cup was decided after the 10th and final game. EVOS Divine were the first team to become Champion Rush Point Eligible in game six; however, it took them four more matches to finally claim the title-winning BOOYAH.
EVOS Divine took home the trophy, a US$300,000 winner’s cheque, and 1,000 Club Championship points courtesy of their first-place finish. Meanwhile, Rex Regum Kazu finished in second, ahead of Team Vitality in third place.
The first week of action at the Honor of Kings Esports World Cup concluded on Sunday, when the Group Kings and Last Chance series took place.
With AG.AL and TT Global awaiting the other six playoff squads, the winners from the Group Kings were seeded in the top four pool with them, while the losers from the Group Kings and winners from the Last Chance were seeded together in the bottom four pool.

After two weeks of competition, the Esports World Cup Club Championship is starting to take shape, with Team Vitality and Gen.G Esports topping the standings after two weeks of strong performances.
