CDL 2026 Stage 2 Major Qualifiers Week 4 betting tips and odds for Surge vs C9NY, Thieves vs FaZe Vegas, and Heretics vs G2.

The Call of Duty League (CDL) 2026 Stage 2 Major Qualifiers continue Friday, with the first games of Week 4. With just three weeks remaining, the battle for the top six is tight, and a few of the teams have already found themselves with their backs against the wall.
Friday’s slate starts with a clash between two league bottom feeders, Vancouver Surge and Cloud9 New York, followed by a meeting between the Los Angeles Thieves and FaZe Vegas, and ending with Miami Heretics taking on G2 Minnesota.

Vancouver Surge and Cloud9 New York managed just one victory from five games played this stage. Cloud9 New York have fallen against G2 Minnesota, Riyadh Falcons, OpTic Texas, and Miami Heretics, whereas the Vancouver Surge have had to admit defeat to Los Angeles Thieves, FaZe Vegas, Carolina Royal Ravens, and OpTic Texas.
However, while the Surge have only beaten Boston Breach, Cloud9 New York pulled off a massive upset at the end of February, defeating Paris Gentle Mates.
Despite that victory, the best CoD bookmakers have C9NY priced as +240 underdogs for the upcoming series. Considering the form the two teams have shown, there is nothing to suggest that the Surge are that much stronger.
Despite holding a slightly better win rate on Hardpoint (25% vs 18.8%) and Search & Destroy (23.5% vs 13.3%), the Surge have been anything but convincing this stage. At best, this is a 50/50 match, making Cloud9 an excellent pick at outsider odds.

FaZe Vegas haven’t had the most promising start to the stage, with just two victories from six games played. They have so far beaten Toronto KOI and Vancouver Surge but could not make it past Miami Heretics in the first week, G2 Minnesota in Week 2, and Riyadh Falcons and Boston Breach last week.
FaZe’s downfall is worrying; however, they’ve been showing cracks early into the season, especially on respawns.
The Los Angeles Thieves have managed a much more promising record, winning four of five games played. Their only loss of the stage came against the surging OpTic Texas on Sunday, while the other four games went very smoothly.
Despite FaZe’s high ceiling, they are in bad shape and do not appear as a solid pick for this series. Stat-wise, FaZe are not much worse than LA Thieves across the three game modes, but those figures are skewed due to FaZe’s strong start to the season.

Miami Heretics enter their sixth game of CDL Stage 2 Major Qualifiers as slight favorites to defeat G2 Minnesota, who defeated David “RenKoR” Isern and his crew 3-0 during Major 1.
G2 Minnesota have managed three victories this stage, against Cloud9 New York, FaZe Vegas, and Riyadh Falcons. Meanwhile, Miami Heretics have won just two – against FaZe Vegas and Cloud9 New York.
Even though two of Miami Heretics’ losses came against the league’s top squads in Paris Gentle Mates and OpTic Texas, they have not found much success against stronger teams this season.
In contrast, G2 Minnesota have been ramping up and have recently produced a couple of promising results, including a close 2-3 loss to OpTic and a 3-2 win over the Falcons.
G2 Minnesota should not be viewed as underdogs. Even though the Miami Heretics are a solid team, G2 at $1.90 are a more appealing pick.
