CDL 2026 Stage 2 Major Qualifiers return Friday, Feb 20 with Vancouver Surge vs FaZe Vegas, Riyadh Falcons vs Cloud9 New York, and Toronto KOI vs LA Thieves.

The Call of Duty League (CDL) 2026 Stage 2 Major Qualifiers resume on Friday, February 20, with the second week of play, as six teams line up to clash to secure vital points for Major 2 seeding.
On Friday, the Vancouver Surge will face FaZe Vegas, followed by a meeting between two struggling teams in Cloud9 New York and Riyadh Falcons, culminating in Toronto KOI taking on the Los Angeles Thieves.
All three of Friday’s affairs are expected to be very one-sided, but that does not take away from the CoD betting opportunities they present. Here you can find free previews and expert picks for the day, along with esports odds from the top bookmakers.

Vancouver Surge have been struggling, with just two victories since the start of the season – against Boston Breach and Carolina Royal Ravens. Last week, they played just one match and lost 1-3 against the Los Angeles Thieves.
Despite taking one map off the in-form Thieves, Surge did not show much, and they looked exceptionally weak on Hardpoint.
The other two game modes hardly look any more promising, with a 23.1% win rate on Search & Destroy and 10% on Overload.
FaZe Vegas played third in Major 1 and ended the first week of CDL Stage 2 Qualifiers 1-1. They lost to Miami Heretics but crushed the struggling Toronto KOI.
Despite the slow start, FaZe are rightly priced as favorites on the top CoD betting sites. They have a positive win rate on all game modes, and even though their map pool needs more work, FaZe should not struggle against Surge.

Riyadh Falcons have shown signs of life after a slow start to Stage 1, but have slowed down since the first Major of the season, which they finished in second-to-last place.
In the opening week of Stage 2, Riyadh Falcons faced Paris Gentle Mates and Boston Breach, and lost both 1-3, thus extending their losing streak to three.
Cloud9 New York are in an even worse position. They managed just one victory this season, in the second week of Stage 1. And have since lost seven in a row, including a 0-3 loss against G2 Minnesota on Monday, when C9 debuted their new roster.
C9NY are the current front-runners to claim the wooden spoon, but they are more efficient than the Falcons on Scar. Given Riyadh Falcons’ form, a smaller position on Cloud9 to win a map is worth considering.

Following a 3-8 start to the 2026 CoD esports season, Toronto KOI made roster changes, adding Nicholas “Kips” Lyons as a replacement for José “ReeaL” Fernández, who moves to the substitute role.
Even though changes were needed, adding Kips will not resolve KOI’s issues, nor will it significantly increase their chances of defeating the Los Angeles Thieves.
Los Angeles Thieves are in excellent form ahead of this game, having won both of their Week 1 fixtures against the Vancouver Surge and Carolina Royal Ravens. While they did not have to play any strong teams, LAT have been improving since late Stage 1.
Win-rate-wise, the Thieves lead across all game modes, as they are better on Overload (60% vs 57.1%), Search & Destroy (50% vs 45.5%), and Hardpoint (53.8% vs 41.7%). The differences are marginal; however, Toronto KOI only seem to do well on Scar and Den.
With a shallow map pool, Toronto KOI have an easily exploitable weakness, which should help LA Thieves secure a comfortable victory.
