FUT Esports qualified for the Esports World Cup 2026 playoffs via Group C upper bracket, where they edged past TYLOO and upset the shaky MOUZ.

Magic, on the other side, lost their opening group stage match against The MongolZ before beating 3DMAX and 9z Team to make it through Group D’s lower bracket.

Both teams have had a decent showing in the group stage; however, FUT have accomplished more in recent months.

Notably, they reached the third stage of Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major, where they came one game short of qualifying for the playoffs.

Magic are feisty underdogs, but they are unproven against stronger teams, which makes it hard to back them at these odds.

G2 Esports entered the Esports World Cup with high expectations; however, they have so far not shown anything inspiring.

Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač and his crew qualified via Group A upper bracket, but they barely squeezed past M80, and they dropped Ancient against BIG.

Astralis had to make it through the lower bracket of Group B after a 0-2 loss against Team Falcons in the semifinals.

Yet even in that defeat, Astralis showed a lot of fight, and they did not disappoint in the two wins against MIBR and Ninjas in Pyjamas.

G2 Esports have reached higher highs this season, but their form ahead of Wednesday’s clash does not justify the -200 price tag.

At these numbers, Astralis are a very appealing pick.

Aurora Gaming and FURIA last met during Intel Extreme Masters Cologne Major 2026, when FURIA won with a 2-0 sweep.

It was a one-sided game, ending with 13-9 on Dust2 and 13-4 on Nuke, and it is hard to imagine the rematch playing out any differently.

Aurora Gaming are potent underdogs, but they rely too much on their firepower, which has not led to any notable results against tier-one teams.

FURIA have not been perfect so far in the Esports World Cup, with a 13-10 win against Wildcard and a 2-1 victory against 9z Team, but they are a more well-rounded squad.

Fundamentally, FURIA are a better team, and they have proven before that they can handle Aurora Gaming.

At -200, the Brazilian squad are hard to pass on.

GamerLegion are widely known as one of the most underwhelming CS2 teams in the scene.

The roster rebuild has formed a very solid lineup, which should be competitive at the highest level, but GamerLegion’s performances of late have been nothing short of terrible.

They exited the Cologne Major in 23rd-24th place, and shortly after crashed out of SuperDraculaN Season 1 and BLAST Bounty Summer in 13th-16th and 17th-32nd, respectively.

GamerLegion have shown notable improvement in France, crushing Luminosity 13-3 and JiJieHao 2-0. However, until GL show something against a good team, they are a hard sell.

MOUZ have not been perfect during the group stage, but remain one of the leading title contenders, and for a very good reason.

Raw quality-wise, GamerLegion should be able to leave a dent in MOUZ, but until they prove themselves against elite teams, MOUZ to sweep is a more appealing bet.
