Team Liquid enter the third week of VCT EMEA Stage 1 with two victories under their belt, having beaten Karmine Corp and Team Heretics without dropping a map. PCIFIC Esports are expected to struggle on Friday, and rightly so. They are one of the worst-performing teams in the region, having yet to win a game this season.

Outside of picking up two maps in VCT Kickoff and one against GIANTX last week, PCIFIC Esports have shown nothing inspiring. It is hard to believe in them and in their chances of derailing Fnatic.

The Black & Orange started Stage 1 with a questionable 2-1 victory against Eternal Fire, but they looked much better in last week’s sweep of Team Vitality. While Fnatic have yet to reach their final form, they are one of the most stacked rosters in the league and are in good shape.

Fnatic are expected to run over PCIFIC Esports, and unless they shoot themselves in the foot, Jake “Boaster” Howlett and his crew should come out ahead with plenty to spare.
